Hi
I have gone through your complaints and mri dorsolumbar spine.between vertebra intervertebral disc is there .mild disc bulge at L3 -L4 wil not cause this symptoms.when there is severe disc bulge it causes pressure over nerves.here nothing is mentioned like that so dont worry.it is due to muscle spam.take best rest .analgesics are advised if pain is very severe.other wise strict bed rest& avoid sitting in abnormal posture.
Thank you
Vasundhara
