Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The burning sensation, radiating pain - these symptoms are seen when there is nerve compression and the-cal sac indentation.
2.This happens when the disc which is suppose to be between the vertebral bodies has herniated / slipped posteriorly and causing pressure effect on the nerve and spinal chord.
3.It happens due to age related degenerative changes due to loss of hydration of the disc.
4.Arthropathy of adjacent vertebral joint - inflammation of the joint.
5.If the treatment is helpless - all exercise and physiotherapy - finally left option is operative / interventional procedure (less invasive).

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
