Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest that there is normal delineation of the right fallopian tube with spillage in the delayed studies - which is very normal.
2.The left side there is dilatation seen distally - and no spillage in the delayed study - suggest there is blockage.
3.The possibilities of getting pregnancy with singe patent tube is possible.
4.But as a treatment option - interventional dilatation of the obstructed part of the tube can be done.
5.You can conceive, with proper followup and investigation and treatment.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask ? do not hesitate to ask.
