Hi, Can help me with this HSG report. Have no idea what is going on. Both tubes have filled. Both ampullary segments of tubes are dilated. There is a small amount of free spillage bilaterally but delayed spillage has occurred. These appearance would suggest there may be ampullary narrowing. Comment : reduced spillage present bilaterally with dilatation of the ampullary segments of both tubes.
You might have taken the HSG test as a part of tests to evaluate infertility.
Your report shows that there is a bit of narrowing in the ampullary region of tubes on both sides. However the spillage confirms patency of tubes, at least partially since there is delayed spillage. This narrowing might be causing obstruction in movement of spermatozoa and also conception. Please discuss in detail with your doctor.
