What Does My ECG Report Mean?

My ECG report............. 28yrs,63kg, 162cm . Hr: 82 bpm P Dur: 88ms PR int :122ms QRS Dur: 92 ms QT/QTC int :359/420 P/QRS/T AXIS : 70/45/12 RV5/SV1 AMP 1.063/0.978mV RV5+SV1 AMP:2.041 mV RV6/SV2 AMP: 1.205/1.903 MV Diagnosis Information 800: Sinus Rhythm 771:anterior Myocardial Infraction ( Possibly Acute) (V3). Do i have any heart problem ? please explain me how severe is my heart problem.

Hi,
I would recommend you to consult a cardiologist, because most of the time the recordings are misinterpreted by machine (for its saying probably anterior MI), all other rhythm issues seem normal to my experience.
