Hello

Your aunt findings suggests small to medium chronic infarct in left fronto-parietal region, lacunar infarct in left corona radiata and left posterior internal capsule with cerebral atrophic changes in brain.
Ischemic changes are generally due to conditions like hypertension, diabetes mellitus, altered lipid profile etc.
So,she may need clinical correlation and screening for these conditions.
Generally this condition only need treatment of underlying cause.

There are also age related cerebral cortical atrophy. These are expected findings in all persons with aging. This is a normal expected finding in your aunt's age.

Get well soon.
Take Care
