What Does My CT Scan Of Thorax Indicate?

I have been suggested the CT scan of THORAX. The result shows the presence of 82*45 mm sized peripherally enhancing fluid density lesion with foci of peripheral calcification in apicoposterior segment of left upper lobe. P/O infective etiology appears more likely. Please suggest me the further treatment/test required. Thanking you,

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, Ideally here the clinical condition has to be given here for better interpretation, which not given here, if it is said the infection needs to be ruled out then it must be having some infection and for that blood test, biopsy is suggested most of the time it could be tuberculosis again age and gender is missing too, hope this information helps. (With very little information it is not possible to advise in right way)
