I ve had muffled hearing for months now...like having cotton in my ears. I do use Q-tips, which I know I shouldn t, so I m wondering if my ear is impacted or if this is allergy related? I have some congestion & drainage in my throat. I take Zyrtec & Flonase. There s no pain in my ears. There is some clear drainage at times if I lay a certain way. Is there anything I can do at home to clear my ears without a doctor? I had the same thing last year & it cleared up on its own...I ve just had it so much longer this time.
