General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your radiological report that showed fibrotic opacity at the upper right lobe following an impression of kochs infection I will suggest you have developed a pulmonary tuberculosis with secondary pulmonary fibrosis

In view of this please see a pulmonologist specialist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile you will benefit from antituberculos drugs

I hope this helps Regards
