Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having lumbar spondylitis in its mild form. It is a degenerative disease which is related to age. These are age related changes. Otherwise basically your MRI is normal. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us about it. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
