Hi

Thanks for posting your query.

Regurgitation means the blood pumped by the heart which has to propel in forward direction , some part of the blood comes back in the opposite direction resulting in reduction in the effective amount of blood pumped forward.
Mild regurgitation means the quantity of blood that comes back in opposite direction is of small quantity.
Mitral and aortic refers to the site of the heart. Mitral is upper left side of heart and aortic is lower left side of heart.

Since your regurgitation is mild there is nothing that needs to be done at present.

Any clarification feel free to ask.
