Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of blood report is as follows:
The total leukocyte count is on higher side.
The neutrophil count is reduced and lymphocytes and monocytes are raised.
This differential count suggests presence of chronic infection.
The mean corpuscular volume is within normal limits.
The platelet count and other platelet parameters are also within normal limits.

Thanks and take care
Dr Shailja P Wahal
