What Does Mass With A Central Echogenic Core And Septations And Vascularity Mean?

I am 48 yrs old I had a hysterectomy 10 yrs ago i have endometriosis I was left with both ovaries and 9 later had a 10cm cyst on my left ovary,I was told that the both ovaries would be taken out but cyst was a fluid one and was drained and ovaries were left due to left one being hard to find,I have had several cysts since then,I went back to my Gyno who refused to do surgery as his words were it s a disaster zone inside,he sent me to a proffessor who also refused to perform the operation as it was too big and too many complications it was decided that I would be put on the pill I have just recently had all the symptoms again and had an Ultrasound last week it says. I had both abdominal and trans Virginia Right Ovary, measures 404 cc is mobile and non tender it contains 1 follicle measuring up to 1.7cm Left Ovary:Measurses 62cc mobile and tender It contains a mass with a central echogenic core and septations and vascularity. POUCH OF DOUGLAS:No Fluid Adnexa Normal My GP didn t explain anything to me and I am quite concerned is there a chance it could be ovarian cancer? Thank you.

To know if that cyst is cancerous or not you require to undergo blood tests like CA 125, HE 4 , ROMA.
In my opinion you get this test done at the earliest .
If not cancerous than you will need to take injections called GnRH agonist like leupride 3 doses.
