Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lymphocytosis and neutropenia can occur in chronic infections like viral infections.
some bacterial infections like typhoid is also characterised by high lymphocyte and low neutrophil counts.
Thus, you need to consult your physician for clinical assessment and thus treatment of the condition.
The level of total cholesterol and LDL are both high.
Thus, you need to consult your treating physician for change in dose of lipid lowering drug and for life style modifications.
A positive ASMA is suggestive of an autoimmune disease, however, complete clinical assessment is required to assess the condition.

Thanks and take care
