What Does Low Blood Pressure Level Along With Shortness Of Breath Indicate?
today my blood pressure is much lower than normal 112 over 61 and my pulse rate is half the usual 70. (39) Felt short of breath most of the after noon. Normal BP for me is 150/95. No chest pain. Lots of gas and burping to feel comfortable. Not dizzy but can t think clearly. Was camping for 5 days at 7500 feet but back home now at 5280. Been taking Potassium Losartan 50 mg as usual. No problems like this ever before.

In my opinion these symptoms may be due to pulmonary embolism or high altitude sickness.
It is advisable to go to the ER and get an electrocardiogram and a chest X ray done,followed by more invasive tests,if needed
Monitoring of heart rate and respiratory rate is required.
