What Does Light Bleeding After Tubal Ligation Indicate?

Hi im 24 and had a baby via c-section about a year and a half ago and had a tubal...here lately in the past couple of month i would have irregular bleeding...usually very light, only lasting a couple of days and then it ll stop and I ll pass a blood clot and start lightly bleeding again and this goes on and on til i start my actual period and i would bleed heavily soaking and super plus tampon and pad for a week and then it ll taper off and end then the light bleeding will start soon after and the whole process begins again. My urine is cloud and there is a foul smell and itching...do i have an infection or is there something more wrong?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses could be due to some hormone changes and not due to any other reason even not due to tube tied, this would be self limiting most of the time but may need treatment if this long last and happens on and often, for this it may need some hormone medicines and gynecologist will suggest this hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
