Hello my name is Kim and I had and echo done and the results were The left atrium is mildly dilated, the mitral valve is mildly thickened, there is trace mitral regurgitation, trace tricuspid regurgitation present, right ventricular systolic pressure is 42 mmHg, and Trace pulmonic regurgitation. Please explain what all this means

these objective 2d echo findings must be correlated with symptoms and physical examinations. if you are not experiencing any symptom and you Physical exam is normal, then this 2d echo findings are insignificant or essentially normal findings.
