Hello,

your ultrasound report indicates arterial hypertension that has induced structural and functional changes to your heart. This means that your blood pressure should be reduced to somewhere between 130 and 140 mmHg (systolic blood pressure) and 70-85 mmHg (diastolic blood pressure). You should also avoid consumption of salty foods, maintain a healthy body weight and increase physical activity to at least 30 minutes of fast walking per day unless contraindicated for other reasons.
You haven't mentioned the rest of your medical history so I could not give more advice. Patients that have target organ damage (like your heart's structural changes) need more aggressive treatment. That's why your cardiologist adviced you to lower your cholesterol levels.
I hope I've helped!
If you'd like more information, please let me know and I'll be glad to answer.

Kind Regards!
