What Does Lack Of Growth After 48 Hour Incubation Mean During Pregnancy?
Hi, my wife has undergone a urine culture & Sensitivity test, and she is carrying (4 months). the result is Direct Smear : Occasional pus cells, epithelial cells and bacteria seen Result: No growth after 48 hours of incubation Is there any harm in this? please advise

The results are good because the urine culture indicates that she does not have any infection and there us no growth of bacteria in the urine.
There is no need to worry.
The urine examination shows few pus cells which are normal. Plenty of liquids recommended.
