What Does It Mean To Have High Blood Pressure And Abdominal Pain After Getting A Tubal Ligation?
I am a 36 yr. old female (with high blood pressure). I have a bruise 5 inches in diameter on the lower left quadrant of my abdomen. It is painful to the touch and there is a lump within it. There has been no trauma to that area and I could not be pregnant as I had a tubal ligation 27 months ago. My left ovary has in the past felt swollen or inflamed but usually around the time of my menstral cycle. And, since my c-section (27 months ago) I have experienced a numbnes or loss of sensation in the general area of the c-section site. Perhaps these are all seperate and unrelated but I m concerned that this bruise and pain may be a sign that something is wrong with that left ovary. What are your thoughts? Thank you!
A superficial bruise cannot be related to the ovary which lies beneath. I would recommend a physical examination for your presentation, as it could be a simple boil, furuncle, folliculitis, etc; that can be easily treated. Please do not overthink this, and report to a doctor ma'am.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
