What Does It Mean To Have Fluid In Pouch Of Douglas?

i was scanned and told i have fluid in my pouch of douglas. i've been ttc for over a year now without success; sperm flows out of me. is it ok if the fluid is left in the pod? i also have nipple discharge. i took some drugs already: i started with bromergon later i took parlodel with other yeast infection drugs. what should i do?

Welcome to HCM
I understand your concerns. Bromergon tablet and parlodel tablets you are taking consists of bromocriptine as the active ingredient.

It is indicated for the treatment of dysfunctions associated with hyperprolactinemia including amenorrhea with or without galactorrhea, infertility or hypogonadism.

It is also indicated in patients with prolactin-secreting adenomas.
As you are having nipple discharge,you may be having prolactin in excess.So,your doctor might have given you this drug.

Fluid in the pouch of douglas is not a matter of concern.It is usually present in small amount in normal females also.If it is excessive and blood tinged,it may be of infectious origin.
