what if the doctor said my T waves had changes and he did a Electrocardiogram and Echocardiography beacuse I was having bad chest pains but on the Diagnose said I have Angina Pectoris, Atypical chest pains, Abnormal ECG and Sinus Tachycardia what do all this mean

This means you have coronary artery disease--blockage.
You need a stress test by a cardiologist and you may need coronary artery stenting or bypass surgery
