what does it mean if u r spotting and having gas and headaches and stomachaches? i have missed my period for the month of dec i am onli about 2weeks late but starting on yesterday i was spotting...im use to my periods being about a week or two late....i have been feeling like i do when i get my periods but i am just spotting.

You need to be sure it is not blood from anus. This could mean intestinal infection or IBD. If you have diarrhoea, blood in stools, straining at stools, abdominal pain it could be part of IBD complex. Avoid spicy, fatty food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. If it is vaginal bleeding it may not be specific but can indicate vaginal infection or fibroid. Get a PAP smear done at Gynaecologist office. Consult your Doctor if you have above mentioned complaints and get required treatment.
