What Does It Mean For A Child To Have Green Stools?

oh wow, I have never been on this site. my 5 year old son had a greyish green poop just now. solid. he ate a big dinner. said he was hungry at school, had a tummy ache. ate lunch. came home starving, ate a ton. he said he feels fine. is that anything to be worried about?

I really appreciate your concern, if no symptoms are there then it is nothing to worry about the consistency and the color of stool because it is all depends upon the diet taken, and it goes on changing accordingly which does not indicates any illness hope this information helps.
