What Does It Mean By Total 302 Premature Ventricular Beats And 3200 Premature Supra Ventricular Beats?

I am 48, 1.6 meters and weight 51 kg. I just had my 24 hour holter. The report showed basic sinus rhythm with heart rate between 47 to 116 bpm. Total 302 premature ventricular beats and 3200 premature supraventricular beats seen. longest Rr interval 1.816 sec. What does it mean? Does it cause danger? Thank your for your answer.

Do you have any heart illness, chest pain, heaviness or shortness of breath, any family history of heart disease, smoking. You will need evaluation. First of all you will need echo to see any structural abnormalities are there or not, you will need tmt test.

You get Sr lipid profile and sugars tested and also thyroid function. Maintain healthy lifestyle and regular exercises. Also avoid smoking and alcohol if any. You discuss regarding beta blockers medicine with your doctor and get it started. Review with above reports.
