What Does It Indicate If Having High BP, Neckache, Headache, Left Arm Pain, Fatigue?

Hi, I have been having low bp for a week at about 75/45 off and on and now this morning I got dizzy as usual and took my pressure and was shocked to see it at 178/111! I developed a headache, neck ache and left arm pain over the course of the next half hour. The episode lasted only 15 minutes but I have not felt good the rest of the day. Had to take maxalt for the head ache. Took a long daytime nap for the fatigue that followed. What could this have been?

Hi
As you didn't mention your age as this is very important for evaluation of any diagnosis .
As you mentioned that you are having low Blood pressure ( 75/45 mm of Hg ) , this is also an alarming situation .
While next your were having 178 / 111 mm of Hg.
This is also a very high reading .
As you mentioned that you also developed headache , fatigue and pain in left arm .
As all these symptoms indicate an involvement of heart .
As all these symptoms are an indication of heart related disease and a causes of concern.
I would recommend you visit a Cardiologist and get his opinion for E K G and ECHO.
Good luck.
