What Does Inflammation On The Face Along With Severe Fatigue Indicate?

when I exercise or eat my face turns bright red and I feel tired quickly. I have had 5 ablations on my heart and have arrhythmia called ventricular tachycardia. It is under control but I have a lot of pain due to 4 neck surgeries with metal in 7 levels and damage to my spinal cord from car accident.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of inflammation on the face along with severe fatigue which is type of allergic reaction known as utricaria. It could be due to vitamin deficiency or allergy from sun as well. I would suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid such as fluticasone, twice daily over the whole affected area and use it for 5-7 days. Apply ice pack on face , keep yourself hydrated and eat healthy. Wash area with plain water and apply ice pressure on it. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined to find out exact cause of lesion and start treatment accordingly. Drink plenty of water. Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist.
