Thank you for posting your query. I can understand your concern.
An abnormal EKG requires further evidence. It is tool for diagnosis with other tests, clinical evidence and symptoms .
1. HR - Normal
2. P - Normal
3. PR interval - normal
4. QTc- Normal
5. QRS - prolonged due to the right bundle branch bolck
In RBBB, the
interventricular septum (wall separating left and right chambers) is activated normally, and the electrical impulses travel rapidly down the left bundle branch to activate the right ventricle. But because the right bundle branch is blocked, the impulse then must cross the interventricular septum to activate the
right ventricle after a short delay.
Can cause skipped beats, etc. Not an uncommon event and considered harmless, but can be serious depending on circumstances.
A blocked right bundle branch is the most common defect in ventricular conduction. The cause of the conduction defect can include heart attack (MI) or ischemia (lack of blood flow) ,
heart failure,
pulmonary embolism, or valvular disease. Worst case scenarios.
Partial block is called a
fascicular block.
Do not worry much.
Hope this helps. You can ask any other query you have.
