Welcome to health care magic.

1.The endometrial thickness measuring 7 mm is normal thickness seen in the proliferate phase of cycle.
2.There is a fibroid measuring 18mm seen in the mid body of uterus ( its a mass lesion)
3.There is a dominant follicle seen in the left ovary measuring 26mm - which is normal physiological evaluation. No abnormal mass / cyst noted in the adnexa.
4.There is no free fluid noted in the pouch of Douglas - that means no evidence of any infection / inflammation in the pelvis.
5.Only thing you have to be concern is fibroid - which needs hormonal treatment initially if not helps - excision is necessary if in reproductive age group. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
