Hi I am 40 yrs old, my triglyceride is 270, and ldl is borderline high and hdl is 29. I feel pain in left side of chest at times and also in left hand. I visited doctor and gone through ecg, echo and tmt all came normal and doctor says there is no issue. he only advised to take stanlip. two years back my triglyceride was 300. I took medicines for few months then stopped. Should I refer for second opinion? what is the risk. I have acidity too.
