What Does High Temperature And Liquid Stool Indicate?

I have been sick two days. I cannot eat, I puke it up. My puke is all watery. My stool is liquid and greenish in color. I have a high temperature and am very achy have a sore throat very weak. What is wrong with me do I need to go to a hospital? I can't keep down medicines easily either

According to your complain you have problem of high temperature and liquid green stool problem that may be because of any infection parasites or bacterial or viral....

Do a complete blood cell count and microscopic examination.
Stool sample examination test is helpful to detect any infection present or not..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
If infection is present than start proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion.
