Hello and welcome to HCM,
The tests that you have mentioned- microalbumin and albumin/creatinine ration are both urine tests.
Albumin is a normal plasma protein.
It is normally not secreted in urine.
Presence of albumin in the range of 30-300 mg/dl suggests initial stages of kidney damage, glomerular basement membrane damage to be more precise.

This condition is associated with diabetes.
If you are known diabetic you need to consult a nephrologist.
In case you are not a a known diabetic, you need to consult a diabetologist for correction of blood sugar levels by oral hypoglycemics.

Thanks and take care
