Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Presence of blood in the urine can be due to urinary tract infection, stone in the kidney , glomerulonephritis or rarely due to contamination from the vaginal blood. Abortion generally presents as bleeding or spotting from the vagina, and not as presence of blood in urine.
I suggest you consult a nephrologist for proper examination, investigations and treatment for the blood in the urine.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
