Hi welcome to hcm
I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Arrhythmias of heart secondary to Rheumatic heart disease and Mitral Regurgitation.Arrhythmias of heart means conduction blocks leading to abnormal electrical activity in the heart.Mitral regurgitation means instead of blood moving from left atrium to left ventricle, its moving in reverse direction there by decreased blood supply to different parts of the body. You need a complete cardiac assessment in the form of ECG,2D Echo ,lipid profile, complete blood picture, chest x ray.Electrophysiological study with Radio frequency ablation is the procedure of choice in your case.If Mitral regurgitation is severe and symptomatic,Mitral valve replacement will be the treatment of choice.Consult your cardio thoracic surgeon for expert management.
Post your further queries if any,
Thank you.
