What Does Granuloma And Pleural Spaces On X-ray Report Of Lungs Mean?

Hi I just did my X-ray and the report says following Haziness is noted in the left lower zone Calcified granuloma is noted in the right upper zone Pleural spaces appear clear Both domes of diaphragm are in nirmal position Both thorax appears normal Cardiac size is within nor mal li it s Trachea is central

Thanks for your query.
From the chest x-ray findings it seems to me that the lesions in the chest are old lesions and inactive lesions. Though if symptoms are there like fever, cough, sputum production, weight loss you need to undergo sputum testing for acid-fast bacilli. Otherwise you need not to undergo any tests and these are old lesions and will not harm you.
