What Does Foetal Rectum Is Prominent 5mm In Ultrasound Indicate?
Hi i m six month pregnant during level two Ultrasound it has been observed that foetal rectum is prominent 5mm. on query Dr. told that it may swelling get it reviewed after 7 days .. I want to know what it meant? What causes it? and if it persists can it be cured.??

They Will be doing serial scans to rule out any obstruction to the bowel.most of the problems are correctable.pls wait patientl till the diagnosis, Don get anxious now.
