What Does Foamy Urine With Severe Back Pain Have To Do With Diabetes?

I am a 44 year old diabetic white male who had believed that I had my diabetes under control. Over the past couple of days I have had sharp back pain and urine that, when it comes out, is rather foamy. However the foam dissapates very quickly. Wondering if you have any ideas,

Dear sir the problem you explain dis very classical. in my opinion there may be excesses protein in your urine.the reason for this may be due to diabetic nephropathy or may be due to urinary tract infection.my advise is to check your urine test for protein and microscopy.consult your Diabetologist .some time stone in kidney may cause this kind of back pain along with protein in urine which is reversible if the infection and stone are removed get back to me for further clarification......regards
