Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
For about 35-40 years I have had a fluid sack in my scrotum. There is no pain. If I shine a flashlight through it is clear and shows no mass. It is about the size of my testicle. I have just noticed that it seems to be larger than previously. I am 76 and 2 years ago had a prostatectomy. Should I be concerned?
condition is knwn as hydrocoele , accumulation of fluid in scrotal sac .you have to consult a general surgeon for these .this is not a serious problem.
