Fibro-calcified densities are seen in left upper zone is due to sequel of past infection like tuberculosis.
It is a healed stage and generally it doesn't require any treatment.Intervention is required only when it compromises pulmonary functions.
Infection heals by fibrosis and calcifications in natural course.
