Hi I have a very small ovarian cyst on my left ovary on monday had a urine pregnancy teat that came back neg. I am normally getting periods every 20-21 days on day 27 and no signs of period, mild cramps pressure in vaginal area and no appetite. .. I took three pregnancy tests and they showed faint pink lines... I am concerned due to missed pwriod and faint lines on top of the vaginal pressure. ..
