Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Faint positive pregnancy test means pregnancy. One needs to rule out ectopic pregnancy, missed abortion and complete abortion if the control line in the urine pregnancy test is faintly positive.
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
