What Does Excessive Sleepiness In A Woman Having CHF Suggest?
My mom is 76 yrs old, has CHF and never complains about any health issues. But for the past 2 weeks she has been sleeping a lot and that s not my mom. She is always busy doing something. She will not go to a doctor or hospital. We are scared. What is wrong?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is case of congestive Heart Failure then you have to be very alert and cardiac status need to be examine periodically breathing difficulty need to be ruled out, edema should be watched , some due to fatigue patient sleeps a lot, better to get done the cardiac tests, hope this information helps, take care.
