What does exaggerated broncho-vascular extending from both hilar region mean and what are its causes and appropriate treatment ?

hi my father have exaggerated bronchovascular marking is noted extending from both hilar region i ask just what is this and how it happens and how i cure it and which treatment i use for my father ? reply fast

Thanks for query,
Prominant BVM suggests there is infection in the lungs.reccurent lung infection,chronic bronchitis etc can give prominant BCM.
Go for blood test,CBC,ESR.
Go for proper antibiotic course.
Quit smoking.
Avoid fried and junk food.
