What Does Elevated Heart Rate Indicate?

Hi I just got a quick question are heart rate apps accurate on your phone because I have like 10 different readings one of my readings said my heart rate was normal in the 60s another one my reading said that my heart rate was in the 90s then it was in the 100 and it goes back down but then it gives me different numbers I feel no pain in my chest arms jaw or stomach no arm pain or nothing

hi mam/sir,leave about the apps.your heart rate can normally be between 60 to 100.in anxiety,fear or excitement,it may go up which is quite normal.definitely heart rate will have variations during the day as well as night and is not abnormal.so relax,you have got a very normal heart rate.avoid browsing too much about health for your better health.take care.bye.
