What Does Dimple On Tailbone Of An Infant Indicate?

what's a dimple in the tailbone? my grandson has one, he'll turn one month on the 15th of Oct.,how serious is this condition? how will it affect my grandson? doctor says he'll undergo MRI on his 2nd month? what's the incidence rate or probability that my grandson have this condition; how did this happened? is there any definitive treatment for this condition? when does treatment starts? thank you so much
