What Does Diffuse Adenomyosis In Follicular Study Indicate?

In layman s term, how can u explain this? Doctors impression after my TransV Normal sized retroverted uterus. Diffuse adenomyosis, thin endometrium, normal ovaries with leading follicle in the left Left ovary -27.7 x 27.6 x 18.2mm, leading follicle- 15.2 x 13.0 x 13.0mm

diffuse adenomysis mean there is spread out infection in endometrium(which is a layer of uterus) internally.
thin endometrium means thin uterus layer
otherwise ovary is normal follicle size is changing according to hormonal secretion in ovary.
overall have infection in inner layer of uterus.
