What Does Deviated Nose With Small Spots And Whitish Membrane Indicate?

long time nasal burning. Have been on three different antibiotics in 3 weeks and nothing is helping. The left nasal passage is deviated but septum is extremely red, burning, and full feeling. there is little tiny pin hole looking spots along with a whitish membrane. to me it looks like it is decay.....any help as to what this may be? is not getting any better, if anything more red.
