What Does Delay In Withdrawal Bleeding After Taking Ipill Indicate?

I have PCOD and have been on YAZ till February, 2015. My periods went back up to being irregular when I got off YAZ. I happened to have unprotected sex on 28th of May 2015 and took an iPill within an hour of it. I again had unprotected sex on the 30th of May but didn t take an emergency Contraceptive. It s been 6 days and I haven t had withdrawal bleeding that occurs from iPill. When should I take a pregnancy test? Could I be pregnant?
