welcome to Health care magic.
1.That means there is a collection well organised as a cyst ( thin walled fluid content) with in the pectorals muscle.
2.With adjacent muscle thickening ( fat stranding ).
3.Generall seen after an infection / inflammation .
4.It can be a lymph node with cystic changes - due to underlying systemic causes.
5.It will be drained and sent for cytology and biochemistry to find out the content.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
