What Does Crawling Movement In The Anus Indicate?

What should I do to get rid of crawling movements In my anus....I go to bathroom to check what it was when I was afraid to have a white colour about half centimeter worm on my finger tip...assume to it be helmenthies I took albendazole 800 mg singl dose...during night alongwith plantiff of sugar...after 2 days same thing occurrd again than I took another dose of 800 mg....5 days gone but not got relief what should I do....

1. Check for presence of pinworms since they are active only at night and thus stool examination done during the day will not show any ova//parasites.
PS. check in a complete dark room with flashlight [take assistance of family member], or Tape test is another option.

2. other possibilities to exclude are: Restless Leg syndrome, nerve cramps, intestinal parasites.
